چکیده

With the extensive use of antibiotics, antibiotics and their induced resistance genes (ARGs) have become new types pollutants widely distributed in a variety environmental media. The contamination ARGs occurring important living agricultural regions has aroused wide concern worldwide, especially lake basins. Dongting Lake basin is one aquaculture livestock areas China, which accompanied by large amount antibiotic discharge. However, occurrence characteristics multi-environment medium are still unclear. In this study, surface water sediment samples East were collected season, quantitatively analyzed, risk quotient method was used to evaluate ecological water. 1) concentration ranged from ND 943.49 ng/L, with maximum average 20.92 ng/L spring. sediments 177.43 ng/g, 16.38 ng/g fall. Ofloxacin (OFL) sulfamethoxazole (SMX) main Basin. 2) sul1 sul2 dominant For spatial change, total abundance upstream higher than that downstream. seasonal characterized spring > summer 3) OFL might pose significant high aquatic organisms both three seasons, more at low temperatures high.
